When you have back pain exercise is hugely important.  We all need cardio vascular exercise such as walking, swimming and cycling but what is equally important are specific strengthening exercises. The videos I have developed in consultation with physios are a back strengthening and stretching program designed to be continued with your chosen treatment to give you the tools to help you to keep  improving your own back.
