Service Description

This is a high energy class where we focus on improving our flexibility, mobility and strengthening our core. The main areas we work on our are legs, bum, arms and ab's. For this term of classes we are going to aim to increase our heart rate with some small cardio blasts throughout the class.

Cancelation Policy

Please make sure you cancel your spot 24hrs before your class, to allow other people to opportunity to take up a place. Inside the cancellation window you will lose your class.
