This Program is aimed to keep you on track and complete 3 classes a week over a month. You are not under time pressure on what days to take your classes but you do have specific classes to take each week. There will be classes you love, or some you don't love so much, there may be classes you avoid or have never taken before, so this challenge can open you up to more variety in your weekly schedule.
