Backpain is on the rise, with more people working from home with much less movement than our previous work regime. When you have back pain exercise is vital.
We all need exercise such as walking, swimming and cycling but what is equally important are specific back strengthening exercises, this is where Pilates can really help improve your back pain.
We have developed 3 videos in consultation with physios as a back strengthening and stretching program designed to be continued with your chosen treatment to give you the tools to help you to keep improving your own back pain.
