New to Pilates? or want to take a more gentle approach to really ensure you are getting the basics right? This is the class for you. We cover all the foundational exercises in Mat Pilates with a strong focus on how to engage your core, improving your flexibility and incorporating gentle stretching for those struggling with back pain. We also incorporate weights in this class, so please bring some with you along with a mat.

Cancellation Policy
You are signing up to a course of Pilates for a certain number of weeks. Spaces are limited so classes can not be carried over from one course to another. If you miss a class in your course you miss the class. Please ensure you are happy with your dates before comitting to this course of classes.
