Pilates for Posture
You cant beat a good ab session and Joe knew the best way to get us to set our ab's on fire. This is his series of 5...often used as a WARM-UP! Yes a warm-up!! This should always make a little sweat bead appear on your forehead and if it doesnt...scoop your tummy muscles in more and get them working!
We can all have a shoulder issue at some stage. This class is to give you some regular simple shoulder exercises to add in to your daily movement, even picking 3 different ones and doing them every day. Mobility and range of movement in our shoulders is very important as we age. Use no weights for the first few weeks you do this class.
