Small Movements, Big Results...

Barreconcept is a unique workout that combines elements of Pilates, yoga, resistance training and ballet to create a highly effective, low impact exercise regime. Performed on the mat at a ballet barre, this innovative training method uses a combination of weights, bands and exercise balls to stretch and sculpt the entire body.

This challenging and exciting total body workout tones the thighs, lifts the butt, flattens the abs and sculpts the arms, without putting any strain on the joints. It also burns fat and improves cardiovascular fitness, helping to redefine the body and create the long, lean physique associated with professional dancers.

In person Barre classes are held in Waterford and run in 6 week blocks. This is a small group Barre class with a maximum of 12 people so you receive individual attention and get the most out of your class, with a high focus on form and technique.
