Lets get FIT for the Festive Season! This is a 3 - 6 - 3 program! You have 3 classes a week, 20minutes each, 6 thousand steps a day all over 3 weeks. Lets do this! Start your week off with an active class to build strength in your legs and arms, that class will be followed by a stretch class and we end the week with a core strengthening Pilates class. You fit in your 6 thousand steps a day around these classes. Some classes will require light weights, a small Pilates ball or pillow and a towel.
