A step by step, 5 classes beginners program to introduce you to the basics of Pilates in the comfort of your home. This gives you the chance to work at your own pace, repeat a class and simply stop and listen to an instruction if needed. Each class is 20minutes so can be completed around a busy schedule. Pilates is a full body and challenging workout, suitable for all ages and levels. You will finish a class feeling energized, stretched and more aware of the capabilities of your body.
