Semi-Private Reformer Pilates

Service Description

This class is perfect for those who are new to Pilates, have back pain, or simply want to work in a smaller group class where you get specific attention and so a deeper understanding of Pilates. We work on the reformer, learning Joseph Pilates Classical Pilates exercises, the way he intended Pilates to be taught.

Cancellation Policy

Please make sure you cancel your spot 24hrs before your class, to allow other people to opportunity to take up a place. Inside the cancellation window you will lose your class.
